Our Story

Built for Real Gatherings

Smoky Mountain Cozy Cottage started with a simple idea: create a place where families could spread out, relax together, and actually enjoy each other without feeling cramped. We built this home on a full acre with no steps, no complicated layouts, and no pretense. Everything here—from the kitchen stocked with coffee and basics to the fenced yard and year-round hot tub—exists because guests asked for it or we knew they'd need it.
